Booking & payments
Is it cheaper booking directly through your website?

Yes. We will always have the lowest prices compared to the agents and websites offering our villas. On top of that we include a free transfer in a mini-van from the airport to our villas that can accommodate 8 guests in total

For larger groups, do contact us directly.

Can I pay with credit card via your website?

Yes. When booking directly through our website you will be able to pay with your credit card, we will charge your card automatically 30 days prior to arrival.

 

Please note the owner of the card who pays, has to be one of the travellers checking in.

 

You also have the option to pay by bank transfer or PayPal.

 

Payments via Paypal or Creditcard may be subject to a conversion fee which varies depending on which currency you use and your own bank.

Can I pay with credit card during our stay at the villa?

Yes. You will be able to use all major credit card brands to pay at our reception. A bank fee of 3% is added to all credit card payments when using the credit card machine in the reception.

Is water and electricity included in the rental price?

Yes all utilities are included in the price. There are no additional cost for renting our villas for short term.

In the event, we have a promotion for longer stays of more than 28 days, we may have other conditions that always can be viewed under terms and conditions of the promo

Check in: 3pm Check out: 12pm Early check-in and late check out is subject to availability on the relevant day. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us for further information. All guests must provide a valid passport upon check in.

 

Cancellation policy

 

Credit card

For payments via credit card, your card will first be charged 30 days prior arrival, therefore you can cancel free of charge up to 30 days prior arrival
Bookings inside 30 days prior arrival will be charged when the booking has been made. No refund for bookings cancelled, or made, inside 30 days prior arrival.

Note, the credit card used for the booking has to be of one of the travellers checking in

PayPal

For payments via PayPal, we require full payment when the booking is made.
Full charge, minus transfer fee, will be refunded if the booking is cancelled 30 days prior arrival.
No refund for bookings cancelled, or made, inside 30 days prior arrival.

 

Security deposit

A security deposit of 5,000 Baht will be collected upon check in. If nothing has been damaged upon check out the full security deposit will be released. The security deposit can also be paid in your own currency if needed.

 

Other

Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside our villas is not allowed, but you are of course welcome to smoke outside. Please contact us for specific requests.

Can I add an additional bed in the villa?

Yes. We are happy to arrange an additional folding bed in the villa. The cost of an additional bed is 1,000 Baht per night.

Can you arrange baby cots and baby chairs in the villa?

Yes, babycots and baby high chairs can be arranged for a fee of 500 baht per night

These items are subject to availability, so do let us know in good time so we can reserve the items for you

What documentation do I need to provide upon check in?

Upon arrival, we will need a valid passport from every person staying, to comply with Thai law and immigration rules and regulations.

Is it possible to arrange an early check in or late check out?

An early check in or late check is subject to availability and comes with an extra charge which depends on what time you would like to check in early/check out late.

Inquiries about early or late check out is to be made in good time to ensure we availability, and can be done by contacting us directly

You are always welcome to store your luggage with us for free if needed.

Can I pay for a booking using crypto?

Yes. We accept several different Cryptos. Please contact us for further information.

How far to Kamala Beach?

Kamala Beach is about 5 mins drive from all resorts.

How far to Patong Beach?

Patong Beach is about 15-20 minute drive from Kamala.

How far to Phuket International Airport?

Phuket International Airport is about 40 mins drive from Kamala

Can you help arrange transportation to the villa?

Yes. Whether you are arriving in Phuket airport or coming from another hotel we are happy arrange transportation for you.

Psst, for direct bookings we offer free pick up from Phuket International Airport to our villas. Free pick up limited to 1 minivan and a maximum of 8 people, for larger groups please contact us

Transport back to the airport is charged at 1000 baht for a minivan that can accommodate up to 8 people

How far to the nearest shops and restaurants?

Himmapana Villas is located 900 meters from the beach where all the shops and restaurants are.

400 meters from the resort you will find small local restaurants, small shops, and a very good nice little cozy coffee bar called Memory Cafe

Himmapana Villas has a reception that is open from 7 am to 8 pm and our security is on-site from 7 pm to 7 am

 

Himmapana Villas – Terraces is located in the hills of Kamala, 1.4 kilometres from Kamala Beach where you will find a great selection of restaurants and shops

The project has 24/7 onsite security

900 meters away from the resort you will find local coffee shops, restaurants and small shops

 

Capucine Villas is located in the hills of Kamala, 1.3 kilometres from Kamala Beach.

850 meters away from the villas you will find local coffee shops, restaurants and small shops

 

Himmapana Villas – Hills is located 1.2 kilometers from Kamala beach

The reception is open from 7 am to 8 pm

Our security is on-site from 7 pm to 7 am

Do you have a shuttle to the beach?

Yes, we have a free shuttle that drives to and from Kamala beach everyday from 9 am to 7 pm upon request

The shuttle can be booked via the in-house iPad or by informing our reception.

As the shuttle can be busy at times, please arrange the shuttle in good time for a smooth ride

The villas
How deep is the pool?

All our pools are 1,4 meters deep

Can i wear sunscreen in the pool?

To ensure a clean and safe swimming experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow a simple yet important guideline:

please shower and remove any sunscreen or lotions before entering the pool. Sunscreen affects the pool’s pH balance and water quality, especially when it is not water-resistant or FDA-approved

Can we make a BBQ in the villa?

No. Unfortunately we do not offer BBQ for safety reasons. All villas do have a fully equipped kitchen though.

Is there stable Internet in the villas?

Yes. All villas have super fast Fiber Internet.

Are more persons than the maximum occupancy allowed?

Our occupancy for each villa types is as follows

2 Bedroom – 4 guests

3 bedroom – 6 guests

4 bedroom – 8 guests

5 bedroom – 10 guests

 

The villas are designed for the number of guests above to ensure maximum comfort, but if needed, we do allow 2 extra guests per villa type – this comes with an extra charge of 1000 baht per night per extra guest

 

The fee for this can be paid at check in

Do make sure to inform us about this before check in

Can I have a party or event in the villa?

No. We do not accept parties or events at our villas.

What is the policy regarding noise in the evening?

We do not accept any noise inside or outside of the villas after 10pm. All of our villas are located in residential areas.

Do I need to pay a security deposit when checking in?

It depends on which agent you have booked through.

For bookings directly through our website, we do collect a deposit. Prior to given access to our villas we will collect a security deposit of 5,000 Baht or equal value in any other currency.

Another option is we keep your passport for the duration of your stay. Upon check out, if nothing has been damaged in the villa, the full deposit will be paid back.

Can I request twin beds instead of king size beds?

One bed in each villa can be separated into 2 twin beds for all Himmapana Villas and Himmapana Villas Terraces Villas with the exemption of the 4 bedroom villa at Himmapana Villas – Terraces

For the Capucine Villas and the Capucine Type A and Type B at Himmapana Villas – Hills, the option to split one of the beds into two, is not a possibility.

Is smoking allowed?

There is no smoking allowed inside any of our villas. Breach of this may result in a fine of 10,000 THB. Smoking is allowed in all outdoor areas, but please note any damage or burn marks to the outside cushions or furniture will be subject to a damage fee.

Do you have floating breakfast?

We do unfortunately not offer floating breakfast.

What kind of power plugs are in the villas?

Our power plug sockets can accomdate type A, B, C, F and O. The standard voltage is 220 V and the frequency is 50 Hz.

Are there speakers in the villas?

There are no speakers in our villas.

Are the pools heated?

The pools are not heated due to the all year-warm climate in Thailand

What is your opening hours at your reception?

The reception at Himmapana Villas is open from 7 am to 8 pm.

Capucine Villas and Himmapana Villas – Terraces do not have an onsite reception.

The reception at Himmapana Villas – Hills is open from 7 am to 8 pm.

We connect via Whatsapp with all our guests at check in, so in the event you need any assistance, you are always welcome to chat with us.

Can I book a tour before I arrive in Phuket?

Yes. You can book lots of tours directly through us before you arrive in Phuket.

Experiences

Can I order food during my stay?

Yes. We work with the best restaurants in Kamala to provide authentic Thai food and breakfast.

Can I pay with credit card at the villa?

Yes. You will be able to use all major credit card brands to pay at our reception. A bank fee of 3% is added to all credit card payments when using the credit card machine in the reception.

How can I order food and other services?

Upon check in your will be given an Ipad. From the Ipad you will be able to order breakfast, lunch, dinner, in-house massage, taxi services and much more.

How often do you clean the villa?

We clean your villa every day and we change the bed linen and towels every second day.

In the event, we have a promotion for longer stays of more than 28 days, we may have other conditions that always can be viewed under terms and conditions of the promo

Do you have a laundry services?

Yes. Simply drop off your laundry at our reception and we will give it back to you the following day.

Our laundry service is surcharge, and we charge 120 baht per kilo for wash only, and 170 baht for wash and ironing

What are the tour booking policies?

Tours can be cancelled more than 24 hours before departure.

Is it possible to arrange a private chef?

A private chef can be arranged for your stay, we work with local chefs that specialize in Thai food.

The chef we work with is subject to availability and it required to arrange this in good time to ensure the chef is available

Do you have a gym?

Yes, we have a free gym that is open 24/7 at Himmapana Villas – Hills.

All guest who stay in one of our villas have access to it, and our shuttle can take you there.
